"For 11 years we have been experiencing double-digit increases in both our auto and home insurance coverages here in Florida despite no claims and changing carriers 3 different times. After receiving our 6 month renewal notice from All State which reflected another substantial increase in our auto coverage, we decided (at the recommendation of our neighbor) to request a quote from State Farm. We were shocked at their proposal--40 lower premium for auto and 25% reduction to our home premium, with BETTER coverage/lower deductibles than we had with All State. The agent that I worked with (Sarah) was excellent-- very patient, thorough and pleasant and gave us lots of options and suggestions. I would highly recommend State Farm to anyone who is considering changing their insurance coverages"

"Kudos to SARAH!!! Never have we had such a wonderful experience with any State Farm office. My husband called and spoke to Sarah he had concerns with our insurance going up in price so he called our State Farm office and they never called him back he had told them what we’re looking for and asked if there was a way to lower our premiums and no one was interested. So we heard about Sarah and she was absolutely the nicest and caring agent to help us as we’re in our 70’s and she understood our situation. We also needed life insurance plus renters. We made an appointment my husband said we have nothing to lose if she’s not able to help but atleast she was so willing to speak to my husband on the phone first and got all our information and concerns. So we went in an hour early and we figured we’d have to wait awhile. The girls at the front welcomed us and told Sarah we were here and she immediately took us to her desk and we couldn’t believe she had already been working on it so that when we went she was able to show us what she thought we’d need and she was right on. Ofcourse my husband still had questioned some issues and nothing was too much for her to listen and basically after she showed us on paper he was able to understand it much better and it all ended up she was able to increase the amount of coverage we had and added on our Renters and we still need to sign our life insurance with her but we walked out with a cheaper policy and much more coverage! Sarah is young and we could tell when she was hired that Laci must have seen something special about her and her willingness to learn everything she could about insurance and much more! Thankyou Sarah we certainly appreciate all your work you did for us BEFORE we went to your office and if we could we’d give you 💯 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The office has a top notch team!😊"

"Walking into the office I was greeted immediately by one of the team. Everyone there said hi and I felt like family.
