"Recently received a consult from Jessica after my rate unexpectedly increased again. Although I had a similar conversation last year, Jessica gave me options to reduce my monthly bill that no one ever mentioned before. I opted to keep all of my services and added an additional affordable one that made sense. I was shopping around, but she was transparent about my coverage which allowed me to see the VALUE of my coverage vs potentially lower value coverage that cost about the same. I will be sticking around for now."
