"Everyone in this office is terrific!
Friendly, professional, extremely competent.
We had a claim and are not too computer savi so we went to the office for help.
Noemi uploaded our receipt for the repair. Additionally, after waiting more than a week for claims to 'call us back' we were getting frustrated.
Noemi, on her own, reached out to us to see how we were making out. After talking to us she reached out to claims. One day later claims not only called us back, but approved our claim.
Talk about customer service!"

Another company raised my premium every 6 months without having an accident or a moving violation. My premiums have actually gone down a little since changing to State Farm.
